Usability Testing

One-on-one or in-depth interviews are most effective for testing the usability of web-based applications and sites. They allow respondents to navigate through and discuss their reactions to the site at their own speed based on their individual skill level and required needs. The interviews usually last between 30 and 60 minutes depending on study objectives, and are conducted at Shugoll Research's onsite usability lab or other usability labs across the country. Onsite usability equipment includes PCs, a one-way mirror for client observation, client monitors and picture-in-picture video recording.

Software Applications

As part of our in-person webs usability lab testing, Shugoll Research offers access to two licensed software products: TechSmith's Morae Usability Testing System, and Usability & Eye Tracking Labs from Interactive Video Productions, LLC.
