Diversity in the Profession of Architecture is a quantitative study Shugoll Research conducted on behalf of The American Institute of Architects and other collateral industry membership organizations.  The primary objective was to examine the impact of basic demographics such as race, ethnicity and gender on success in the field of architecture.  Industry data show that, while improving, women and people of color are underrepresented in the field.
