Christine’s passion marketing research is fueled by her psychology background and her fascination with how people think. She is responsible for all new business and client activities and proposal development at Shugoll Research where her duties include proposal writing, study pricing and costing, and tracking the status of all outstanding new business proposals. Christine also manages research studies including research design, development and moderating.
Christine has knowledge and experience from both the full and field service sides of the market research industry. Prior to joining Shugoll Research, Christine began her career in market research as a qualitative assistant at Schlesinger Associates in San Francisco, California. As her love of research grew, she was promoted to a project management position where she managed the recruitment and execution of qualitative studies. She joined Shugoll’s full service division as a research associate and moved to the field service division to become a project manager. Ms. Pappas graduated with honors from Denison University with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Spanish.
Christine has work experience in other industries including finance and education, but her true passion lies in market research.
In her free time she enjoys traveling, running, eating crabs and cheering for her beloved Baltimore Ravens football team.
