As a Research Associate at Shugoll Research, Claire is involved in all aspects of qualitative and quantitative projects from inception to completion. She collaborates with our project directors to obtain field bids, design field instructions, manage field operations and oversee quality control procedures. Claire also is responsible for the production and proofing of key project deliverables such as questionnaires, topic guides, final reports and presentations. Her curiosity, attention to detail and drive ensure that clients receive the highest quality marketing research services.
Before joining Shugoll Research, Claire attended the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri where she received a Bachelor of Journalism with an emphasis in Strategic Communication. Through her capstone project in the Missouri School of Journalism, Claire worked on a team of students to develop an integrated campaign for BENGAY targeting 18 to 24 year olds. Upon completion of her degree, Claire interned at FleishmanHillard in St. Louis, Missouri. During her internship Claire’s interest in market research grew as she learned the role consumer insights have in the development of communication strategies and content.
In her free time she enjoys training for half marathons, teaching group fitness classes, listening to podcasts, and watching her favorite sport teams.
