Our Fairfax facility is located at Sherwood Plaza, a five story executive office building in the heart of Fairfax City. Ample free parking surrounds our building.
All rooms are 15' x 20' to easily accommodate 12-14 respondents. The tables can be configured to be square, rectangular, or circular. Alternately, we can adjust their size to accommodate mini-groups. All focus group rooms are equipped with one-way mirrors and have audio and video capabilities. High-speed and wireless access is also available. In addition, the tables can be removed to accommodate up to 30 respondents theater style.
Our viewing rooms also have illuminated large writing surfaces, making it easier for clients to work while viewing the groups without affecting the video taping.

This allows clients to view the groups from either the lounge or the viewing room. Additional amenities in each lounge include private telephone lines and computer/fax lines. Catered meals are available for our clients in their private lounge.
Catered meals are available for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Snacks and refreshments are available for those groups that meet during hours when meals are not needed.

From 495 North, Take Exit 49A (old Exit 9) towards Route 66 West; From 495 South take Exit 49C. Take Exit 62 and follow signs for "South-Nutley Street, 243." Follow Ramp, bearing right, move over 1 lane to the left. At the 3rd light (Route 29 South/Lee Highway), take a right onto Lee Highway. Go through 3 lights and get in the right lane(you will see an Arthur Treacher's Restaurant.) Stay in the right lane and proceed through a yield sign bearing to the right onto Route 50 West/Route 29 South, you will pass a Jeep Dealership on the right. At the 2nd light at Rebel Run, immediately move into the right lane. Take the very next right into our office building, a 5-story glass building. The sign in front says "Sherwood Plaza". If you pass Kentucky Fried Chicken, you have gone too far. Park at the rear of the building. See the last set of instructions for entering the building.
After going through the intersection at Chain Bridge Road in Fairfax City (Route 123), go through three more lights. First light is University Drive, with a gas station on your right. The second light, has a Red Lobster Restaurant on your right. The third light, has a Fire Station on your right.
Turn left at the fourth light, Stafford Drive. We are the 5 story glass building, the sign in front says "Sherwood Plaza". Take the first right into the parking lot, you will be at the rear of the building and may park anywhere. See the last set of instructions for entering the building.
Take Exit 50 (old Exit 8) Arlington Blvd./Route 50 West towards Fairfax, continue through 9 traffic lights, this is approximately 3.5 miles. You will come to a sign that says "City of Fairfax", continue through 4 more traffic lights. (Route 50 will also be Route 29 at this point.) The final traffic light will be at Rebel Run, immediately move into the right lane (after Cho's Garden Restaurant). Take the very next right into our office building, the 5 story glass building. The sign in front says "Sherwood Plaza". If you pass the Outback Steakhouse, you have gone too far. Park at the rear of the building. See the last set of instructions for entering the building.
Coming out of Dulles Airport, take the first Exit marked Route 28/50 Fairfax/Centreville. Bear to your right on Route 28. Follow Route 28 about 9 miles, you will see a sign for Route 50. Take Route 50 East toward Fairfax/Centreville. Go approximately 6 miles, you will see signs for Route 66 East and the Exit is to the left. Go 2 miles on Route 66 and then take Exit 60 (Route 123) toward Fairfax. Go to the second traffic light and take a left onto Route 50/29 (Lee Highway) Go through three traffic lights and at the fourth traffic light, turn left on Stafford Drive. Take exit 60 from 66 East toward Route 123 Fairfax South. At the 2nd stoplight turn left. You will now be on Route 29 North, Lee Highway and Route 50 East, Lee Highway. Take Constitution Avenue. Follow signs for 66 West OR 50 West. Follow directions above for either 66 West OR 50 West.
Enter the revolving glass doors in the rear of the building. If you arrive after 6PM, the doors will be locked. If no one is there to let you in, please pick up the black phone labeled "Metro Research Services" to the right of the revolving doors, press and hold down the button until the operator answers, then give the operator your name, and the door will be unlocked for you. Turn right down the hall, we are in Suite 110 at the end of the hall.
