Shugoll Research is among the first to have staff be certified by the Marketing Research Association's Professional Researcher Certification program.  This program was developed to encourage high standards within the profession in order to raise competency, establish an objective measure of a researcher's knowledge and proficiency, and encourage continued professional development.  Please refer to individual staff biographies for specific certification information.
